Senior UI/UX Designer (m/f/x)

You are a confident UI/UX designer, thoughtful problem-solver, and systems thinker. You drive the design and delivery of digital products, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to create intuitive, coherent and meaningful user experiences.

Digital products today are shaped by both strategic intention and systemic consistency. Your role is to help define, design and implement product experiences that translate brand intent into usable, scalable digital systems – ensuring clarity, accessibility and performance across platforms.

Your Tasks:
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of user-centered digital interfaces for complex product ecosystems.
• Translate research insights, product goals and brand intent into interaction models, UX flows, and UI systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, strategists, researchers, engineers and designers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Support user testing, iteration, and validation cycles to refine experiences based on real feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems as operational frameworks, not static guidelines.
• Present design decisions clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bridge UX strategy, brand expression and visual execution across platforms and touchpoints.
• Prepare remote and on-side workshops and are willing to facilitate them together with our Design Directors.
• Take ownership of design outcomes with a hands-on mentality, from concept through implementation and review.

Your profile:
• 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within an agency, consultancy or product environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, interaction design and high-quality interface craft.
• Proven ability to translate product goals, user needs and brand narratives into coherent digital systems and touchpoints.
• Deep understanding of visual identity systems, typography, layout and color across digital and physical applications – including designing with and for AI-driven systems.
• Experience working with brand identities and applying brand guidelines consistently within digital products and platforms.
• Solid knowledge of design systems and digital products and how interfaces scale across contexts and devices.
• Strong grasp of UX methods and processes, from research synthesis to prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Structured, analytical mindset paired with strong design intuition.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a positive, business-oriented mindset.
• Thanks to your communication skills you contribute to our trust- and respectful feedback mentality
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Big plus• Professional use of AI-assisted tools, automated workflows and emerging software to enhance design exploration and delivery.
• Experience applying accessibility standards to digital interfaces and design systems.
• Familiarity with motion principles to support usability, feedback, and interaction clarity.
