We are seeking a design leader. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience for key product areas, from initial discovery to pixel-perfect execution. You will be the voice of the user and the champion of elegant, data-informed design, translating complex challenges into intuitive solutions that drive product success. Your expertise in Figma will be your primary tool to prototype, iterate, and deliver world-class interfaces at high velocity. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead End-to-End Design: Take full ownership of the design process for major features—from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and final UI implementation. 

• Mastercraft in Figma: Leverage your expert-level proficiency in Figma to build complex, scalable design systems, interactive prototypes, and production-ready components that set the quality bar for the entire product. 

• Strategic User Advocacy: Conduct and synthesize user research, A/B tests, and usability studies to uncover deep insights and translate them into compelling, user-centered design solutions. 

• Architect Our Design System: Evolve and maintain our design system, creating reusable components and clear guidelines in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across all product teams. 

• Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ensure a high-fidelity implementation of your designs. 

You want: 

• Develop the user access interfaces of new applications for our cloud platform’s ecosystem. 

• Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behavior of the users. 

• Creating interactive prototypes to simulate the final product. 

• Provide creative implementations that make our cloud easy for customers. 

• Organizing usability testing sessions to gather feedback on the prototypes. 

• Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting way. 

• Must-Haves 

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience for digital products or complex web applications. 

• An Expert in Figma. Your proficiency is undeniable. You master Auto Layout, Variables, Component Properties, and advanced prototyping to build scalable, efficient, and dynamic design systems. 

• A Stellar Portfolio that showcases your process—including user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes—and clearly explains the "why" behind your design decisions. 

• Deep Mastery of UX Fundamentals: Proven expertise in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing. 

• Pixel-Perfect UI Craftsmanship: An exceptional eye for visual design, including typography, color theory, layout, and micro-interactions. 

• Excellent Communication & Leadership: Ability to articulate design rationale with confidence, present work to stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams. 

• Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer for more advanced motion design. 

• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) to better collaborate with engineering teams. 

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 

• A background in designing for B2B, SaaS, or data-intensive platforms.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
