Your mission:
Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior UI Designer with a strong focus on visual & design to lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality digital interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping the product’s visual & Design language, delivering refined UI solutions, and ensuring design excellence from concept to implementation.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams across Europe and our HQ based in China, the Senior UI Designer will balance visual craft, usability, and collaboration, while also contributing to team capability growth through knowledge sharing and design guidance.

Key Responsibilities• Lead full-lifecycle UI design for digital products across desktop and mobile platforms, covering UI interfaces, iconography, motion design, and micro-interactions
• Define and maintain a cohesive product visual & design language, planning design tasks, assessing effort, managing priorities, and efficiently manage & deliver multiple projects in parallel
• Work closely with product, developer and relevant teams throughout implementation to ensure high visual and design quality, consistency, and pixel-level accuracy in final outputs
• Create prototypes, motion assets, demo videos, or other storytelling artefacts to effectively communicate visual concepts and design ideas to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and practices (e.g. Figma, AI-assisted workflows, multi-platform adaptation), actively exploring innovative visual & design approaches, drive team’s capability upgrades
• Collaborate and support user research activities, such as usability testing, design validation, etc, and translate insights into actionable UI/UX improvements
• Foster team capability growth through regular design knowledge sharing and hands-on guidance, supporting the development of junior and mid-level designers.

Your profile:
Requirements • 6+ years of experience in UI or digital visual design, supported by a strong portfolio
• Solid foundation in visual design, including typography, layout, colour, and hierarchy
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component-based design and design systems, multi-brand design system is plus.
• Practical experience contributing to usability testing, design reviews, user feedback sessions or user validation, etc.
• Good understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles (e.g. WCAG awareness), EAA is plus.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-regional teams
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of visual quality
• Fluent professional English-must, German addon, Chinese Prioritized
