We are seeking a highly skilled UI Designer to own and execute digital design projects from concept to final delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a meticulous eye for pixel-perfect execution, advanced technical craft, and a deep understanding of digital design styles, techniques, and systems.

You will be responsible for translating initial concepts and briefs into thoughtful, high-quality designs that align with project objectives and client expectations. Throughout production, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment at every stage.

Design Execution & Craft

• Deliver pixel-perfect UI execution with a high level of craft.

• Excellence in digital design, trends, innovation, and industry best practices.

• Advanced knowledge of graphic design principles: typography, color theory, grid systems, and composition.

• High level of knowledge about web accessibility levels (A, AA, AAA).

Technical Expertise

• Expert in Figma, including best practice usage, advanced prototyping, and knowledge of the latest trends.

• Advanced knowledge of design systems assembly, including principles like atomic design.

• Advanced knowledge of best practices for handoff to development.

• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite.

Strategic & Soft Skills

• Take ownership of design projects, carrying them out as your own, and ability to define a design direction from scratch.

• You will design for diverse digital projects, including websites, platforms, products, apps, interactive experiences, and interfaces for applied AI tools.

• Strong UX knowledge and thinking with the ability to critically analyze proposals.

• Excellence in presentation and defining a compelling narrative (storytelling) to sell projects.

• A proactive mindset that identifies problems, raises early warnings, and proposes solutions.

• Advanced English level is required.
