We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer with exceptional visual design skills to join our team in Berlin. Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll own the user interface design for our products, shaping the visual strategy and working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Lead UI Design Process: Own the user interface design from concept to implementation, ensuring designs are visually compelling, intuitive, and aligned with user needs.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure UI designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.

• Validate with Research: Utilize user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and refine UI design decisions.

• Communicate & Lead: Engage in design critiques, stakeholder discussions, and alignment sessions, clearly articulating the rationale behind UI design choices.

What You’ll Bring 💡

• Strong experience in UI design for mobile-first products, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful visual design work.

• Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and accessibility.

• Strong communication & collaboration skills, effectively working across teams and presenting designs persuasively.

• Data-driven mindset, using research and analytics to guide UI decisions and measure success.

• Bonus: Experience with motion design and/or gamified elements.
