Senior UI Designer - B2C Mobile (f/m/x)

As a Senior UI Designer (f/m/x/) at exmox, you'll join our product design team to shape the user interface and experience of our mobile-first B2C product, impacting millions of users. You'll own features from concept to handoff and create polished, engaging, habit-forming interfaces. This role is about designing experiences that perform. You’ll work at the intersection of user behavior, data, and business goals, shaping flows that drive engagement and revenue. Your work reaches over 25 million users and feeds directly into experimentation and iteration, letting you see the real impact of your decisions.

What You’ll Own:

• Feature ownership: Own and design new features from concept through final handoff.
• UI design: Design visually engaging and highly polished interfaces for our B2C mobile app.
• Visual assets: Create illustrations, icons, and other graphical assets to support your designs.
• Developer handoff: Deliver production-ready assets, specifications, prototypes, and documentation to engineering teams.
• Design system: Build, maintain, and contribute to our evolving design system.
• Design quality: Conduct design reviews to ensure implementations match the intended designs.
• Research collaboration: Work closely with UX research and data teams to evaluate and improve your designs.
• Iteration & feedback: Gather feedback and continuously refine and improve your work.

Your profile:
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing outstanding mobile UI craft and visual design.
• Professional experience: 5+ years of experience working in product teams as a UI, UI/UX, or Product Designer.
• Consumer product design: Experience designing habit-forming, engaging, consumer-facing interfaces.
• Industry background: Experience in marketing, gaming, or other B2C-heavy industries is a plus.

Hard Skills:
• Design tools: Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Motion & interaction design: Expertise in motion design, animation, and transitions to craft dynamic interfaces.
• Visual asset creation: Expertise in creating illustrations, iconography, and other visual assets.
• Design systems: Expertise in designing, shipping, and maintaining design systems.
• Multi-brand products: Experience with multi-brand, white-label products and theming systems.
• Brand identity: Experience in defining, designing, and documenting brand identities.
• Copywriting: Experience in copywriting, including defining tone, voice, and messaging.
• Accessibility & usability: Strong knowledge of accessibility and usability principles.
• Frontend awareness: Understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints.
• Language skills: Fluency in English; German is a plus.
