Senior Twilio Engineer

Mindera is looking for a talented Senior Twilio Engineer to join our dynamic team! As a Senior Twilio Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Twilio to design and implement robust solutions for our clients, enhancing their communication strategies and customer interactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Twilio services effectively, ensuring seamless customer experiences across various platforms.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing high-quality code, participating in design discussions, and mentoring junior engineers. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, driving innovation and efficiency while aligning with business goals.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement Twilio-based communication solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and refine project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring best practices in documentation and testing.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications in production to ensure high availability and performance.
• Stay up to date with Twilio advancements and propose technical improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on communication solutions.
• Strong expertise in Twilio, including APIs and SDKs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
