Our Treasury team is looking for support at the earliest possible date at our Berlin or Munich office.

How your role will look like:

• Ensuring group-wide payment operations

• Responsibility for payment approvals and the payment policy

• Development of a digital payment process

• Optimization of a cash pooling system

• Operational liquidity planning in coordination with the accounting teams of the Scout24 Group entities

• Preparation of liquidity and cash flow reporting

• Preparation of regular reports for Management and the Supervisory Board

• Working capital management and optimization

• Support in the integration of new entities into the Scout24 Group

• Participation in investment decisions and related analyses

• Systemic and hands-on support of the finance department in working with treasury management software

• Support in additional treasury-related (strategic) topics

• First point of contact for corporate banks in Spain

What you need to succeed:

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance

• At least 4 years of professional experience in treasury (at least 2 years in treasury or in a bank in Spain)

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint

• Very good Spanish, German and English skills, each written and spoken (mandatory)

• Strong team skills, high willingness to learn and flexibility, strong communication skills, a high degree of self-organization, and a careful, structured working style

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Coupa Treasury (tm5), FXAll and Eikon (Reuters) is an advantage

• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
