About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Trading Operations Specialist to join
our dynamic team at a leading CFD brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in forex and derivatives trading operations, excellent knowledge of trading
platforms and bridge systems, and a proactive mindset focused on delivering technical and
operational solutions in a fast-paced environment.

 What you will be doing:

Trading Platform Management:

Oversee the operational performance, product specification and configuration of trading

platforms including MT4, MT5, cTrader,DxDealer and OneZero (or equivalent bridge

systems).

Trade Flow Monitoring:

Ensure the smooth flow of trades across systems. Troubleshoot execution issues and

latency discrepancies between platforms, liquidity providers, and internal systems.

Risk Operations and Monitoring assistance:

Support risk management teams with position monitoring, exposure reconciliation,

developing solutions to management of warehouse, and ensuring systems accurately

reflect real-time P&L and margin metrics.

Liquidity and Connectivity Oversight:

Collaborate with Prime Brokers (PBs), Prime of Primes (POPs), and Market Makers to

maintain optimal pricing, liquidity quality, and connection stability.

Management of Cost of Carry and other Overnight Adjustments:

Manage and reconcile swaps, dividends, financing fees, and other trading cost

components to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Project Management & Process Optimization:

Lead or support the rollout of operational improvements and trading-related projects

using tools like Jira. Drive automation, process refinement, and root-cause analysis for

recurring issues.

FIX API & Integration Support:

Provide operational support for FIX API connectivity and troubleshoot integration issues

related to pricing, execution, or reconciliation.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Use Excel and other analytics tools to build reporting dashboards/procedures and support

senior management with trade and flow insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with technology, risk, compliance, and client services teams to

maintain trading integrity and operational excellence.

Regulatory and Compliance Awareness:

Stay informed on regulatory reporting requirements related to trading operations and

ensure systems are compliant where necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Forex/CFD trading operations or a similar role

within a brokerage or financial services firm.

Fluent in English (C1+), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of derivative products, market microstructure, and order execution

models.

Strong working knowledge of MT4/MT5, cTrader, OneZero, FIX API, and liquidity

bridge systems.

Solid understanding of financial instruments and associated operational adjustments (e.g.,

swaps, dividends, financing fees).

High proficiency with Excel; programmatic knowledge (e.g., VBA, Python) is a plus.

Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with attention to detail

and high accountability.

The following will be an advantage:

Programming or scripting capabilities for data analysis or task automation.

Prior experience with liquidity provider evaluation and onboarding.

Understanding of post-trade processes and reconciliation.

Working Schedule: 5 Days Shift on a rotational basis

Weekdays Shifts

Morning Shift: 08:00 – 16:00

Afternoon Shift: 16:00 – 00:00

Night Shift: 00:00 – 08:00

Weekend shifts

Morning: 08:00 – 16:00

Afternoon: 16:00 – 00:00
