• To formulate maintenance plan for new equipment and machines based on inputs from station owners and suppliers.
• Perform troubleshooting based on troubleshooting guide from station owners and study on eliminating the problem from repeating.
• Liaise with station owners and machine suppliers on continuous improvement.
• To train, coach and develop technicians to handle test stations effectively in the area of troubleshooting and sustaining.
• To manage and ensure all manufacturing documents related to maintenance are being prepared and uploaded accordingly and promptly before release for manufacturing operations.
• To optimize and improve equipment reliability and design.
• To execute related activities to meet key performance indicators of department goals and drive for continuous improvement with realistic goal setting together with the team.
• To evaluate Test Technicians performance according to department and individual goals
• To summarize breakdown report and feedback to line support team for improvement (MTTR and MTBF).
• To execute any other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the related final assembly maintenance.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience (internship or industrial training acceptable)
• Good knowledge of electronics testing and measurement techniques
• Familiar with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, etc.)
• Understanding of test methodologies and problem‑solving concepts (RCCA)
• Good circuit/schematic/electrical drawing knowledge
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently with guidance
