Are you passionate about quality and precision in software delivery? Join a Functional Testing team at one of the largest financial institutions in Portugal and play a key role in ensuring reliable, secure, and user-ready digital solutions.

🚀 Main Responsabilities:

Execution:

• Independent development of test cases for the further development of D€ including preparation of tests
• Design and creation of test data
• Test execution and documentation
• Consulting on planning and execution of feature and acceptance tests
• Consulting on non-functional testing
• Support and consulting on test case design
• Consulting and support for error analysis, bug fixing, documentation of software defects, and re-testing
• Support in setting up and performing test reporting
• Support in defining and coordinating cross-functional test campaigns
• Advisory support for last level support

 Implementation:

• Implementation of defined test cases including provisioning of test data in test tools
• Review of Definition of Done and software deliveries for test readiness
• Support in configuring test environments and tools
• Writing test scripts and automating tests
• Regular test case reviews for correctness
• Support in configuring environments (e.g., requirement gathering)

🛠️ Your Skills:

General:

• Extensive experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe)
• Excellent knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• In-depth knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Xray), test data management tools
• High flexibility regarding working hours and travel (including within Europe)
• ISTQB certification desirable (e.g., Foundation Level, Agile Tester, Test Automation Engineer)
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Experience with databases
• Banking/payment domain expertise
• In-depth knowledge of XML, ISO20022
• Version control experience (e.g., GitLab)
• Operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Experience with mocks

Must have

• • Experience: 5+ years in Software Testing and IT development
• English Level: B2+
• Willingness to travel occasionally

(Hybrid work, with 1/2 days of work in the office in MADRID per week)
