We are currently looking for a Test Engineer on behalf of our client in the automotive industry. You should have 10 years + experience.

In this role, you will work with testing of safety-critical functions, contributing to the development of future transport solutions.

• Perform both manual and automated testing of safety functions

• Write, execute, and analyze test cases

• Ensure quality and compliance in safety-critical systems

• Work closely with cross-functional teams within development and testing

Your profile

• Experience as a Test Engineer, preferably within the automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262

• Experience with both manual and automated testing

• Understanding of software and hardware, especially related to HIL environments

• Python, Linux, Vector CANoe

• Local work experience

• Experience in a leading or coordinating test role

• Strong initiative and proactive mindset

• Good collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to independently troubleshoot and fix HIL rigs
