Quick Summary

We are seeking a Senior Telecommunication Specialist to install, migrate, and release OpenScape 4000 systems, as well as integrate and deploy additional applications and solutions, and provide training to end-users and administrators. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex infrastructure migrations and upgrades, and be able to troubleshoot issues at the 2nd and 3rd level of support. Strong technical skills and excellent communication skills are required.

Job Description

Dafür suchen wir Dich:
• Installation von Unify OpenScape 4000-Systemen mit den zugehörigen Applikationen und Sicherstellung des Betriebs
• Durchführung von Migrationen, Upgrades und Releasewechseln in komplexen Infrastrukturen
• Integration und Betrieb von Zusatzapplikationen und -lösungen im OpenScape-Umfeld
• Einweisung der kundenseitigen Anwender:innen und Administrator:innen
• Durchführung von Kunden-Workshops, technische Beratung und Dokumentation
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
• Unterstützung im Bereich Netzwerkanpassungen (Qos, VoIP, SIP, SBC, Firewalls)

Das bringst du idealerweise mit:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnik, Telekommunikationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Freundliches Auftreten
• Du arbeitest zuverlässig selbstständig sowie im Team und kommunizierst sicher mit den Kunden und Kundinnen
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich OpenScape 4000
• Zertifizierungen von Unify und weiteren Anbietern werden bei uns gerne gesehen
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik speziell zum Thema VoIP runden deine Fähigkeiten ab
• Natürlich ist ein Führerschein der Klasse B wünschenswert, auch eine Tätigkeit als reiner Remote-Techniker ist denkbar
