Senior TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R) Consultant

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R) Consultant to join our Government Services team and play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions for local government clients.

This is more than a delivery role — you’ll work directly with clients to solve complex, real-world challenges while also helping shape and grow a new TechnologyOne practice. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how we deliver, define best practices, and contribute to building a capability from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end delivery of TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R) across council implementations and upgrades

Work closely with local government clients, acting as a trusted advisor on property, rating, and system design decisions

Own solution design and configuration across rating models, instalments, interest rules, valuations, and property lifecycles

Translate client requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with best practice

Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis with council stakeholders

Lead UAT, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation to ensure successful client outcomes

Act as the senior escalation point for complex P&R issues across data, integrations, and business logic

Oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities

Collaborate across Finance, GIS, Regulatory Services, and Customer Service teams for end-to-end alignment

Provide training, mentoring, and support to clients and junior consultants

Stay across legislative and policy changes impacting local government rates and property

Contribute to pre-sales, solution design, and client proposals

Play a key role in shaping the setup and growth of our TechnologyOne practice, including delivery approaches, standards, and capability development

What We’re Looking For

3–6+ years’ hands-on experience with TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R)

Strong understanding of local government operations, particularly property, land, valuations, and rates

Proven experience leading P&R streams across implementations or major upgrades

Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes

Experience working within or alongside public sector organisations, ideally local government

Exposure to additional TechnologyOne modules (e.g. Finance, ECM, Regulatory)

Familiarity with GIS integrations, rates modelling, valuation imports, and data governance

Background in consulting or implementation environments

Comfortable operating in a hands-on delivery leadership role with ownership of outcomes
