About You:
You’re a senior-level engineer with a wide-ranging technical toolkit and a passion for solving real-world problems. You’ve built and shipped products, explored new technologies, and know how to deliver under pressure. You’re client-savvy—able to lead conversations, uncover needs, manage stakeholders, and translate business goals into technical outcomes. You know how to thrive in fast-paced environments where agility, creativity, and initiative are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and build scalable, innovative software solutions—internally and for clients
• Lead engagements with clients, acting as both a trusted advisor and technical owner
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate solutions using modern technologies
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision for scalable systems
• Work across cross-functional teams to align product goals, timelines, and execution
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to growing a culture of technical excellence
• Evaluate new technologies to be implemented at scale for citizen impact

Our Core Tech Stack (Flexible):

• Backend: C# / .NET / Python
• Frontend: React / Next.js
• Database: MSSQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
• Cloud: Azure or Google
• Dev Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, Ansible
• ML/AI: Langchain, LangGraph, N8n, scikit-learn, Ollama

Requirements:
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expertise with C# and .NET Core, including building APIs and backend systems
• Proficiency in React and/or Next.js for modern frontend development
• Experience working with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable owning technical delivery in client settings
• A passion for learning and working with emerging technologies
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Bonus Points For:

• Prior consulting, agency, or client-facing experience
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures and using infrastructure-as-code tools
• Open-source contributions or published technical content
• Familiarity with data science workflows or machine learning integration
