Senior Technician - Maintenance & Water Quality .

▪ Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on water slides, pools, wave machines, fountains, and other water-related

attractions.

▪ Conduct regular checks on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to identify and address any issues promptly.

▪ Maintain and repair water filtration systems, pumps, valves, and other equipment used for water circulation and treatment. -

Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize potential downtime and ensure the longevity of water attractions.

▪ Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems effectively.

▪ Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.

▪ Monitor and maintain water quality levels in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

▪ Perform regular testing of water samples to assess chemical levels, pH balance, and microbial content.

▪ Adjust water treatment systems and chemical dosages to ensure optimal water clarity, sanitization, and safety.

▪ Collaborate with water safety personnel to implement appropriate protocols in case of water quality issues or emergencies.

▪ Conduct regular inspections of water storage tanks, pipes, and distribution systems to identify and address any potential

contamination risks.

▪ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in water quality management to ensure compliance and

enhance operational efficiency.

▪ Collaborate with other technicians, supervisors, and park management to prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks.

▪ Provide guidance and training to junior technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

▪ Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and equipment through effective inventory management.

▪ Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external contractors to ensure smooth operation and timely

completion of tasks.

▪ Participate actively in safety meetings, training sessions, and emergency drills to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
Education:

• Certified Pool Operator, or the ability to obtain the prior to the park opening to the guests.

Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience in facility management, building operations, preferably in , healthcare industry.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment, such as filtration systems, chemical dosing systems, and UV disinfection.

• Troubleshooting equipment failures including pumps, filtration system , addressing facility maintenance issues, or troubleshooting emergencies.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

• Languages: Fluent in English
