Senior Technical Writer

Mysten Labs is hiring a Technical Writer to join the Documentation Experience team, reporting to the Head of Developer Relations. Technical Writers create content that enables customer success using Mysten Labs’ technologies, specifically among developers, node operators, and partners. Content deliverables include but are not limited to reference guides, release notes, tutorials, and educational content. The products and projects this position supports include Sui Move, Sui SDKs, Sui Wallet, and future public-facing developer products.

Role responsibilities:

• Write, design, and update documentation and sample code.

• Communicate across and collaborate with the Engineering, Product, Marketing, Developer Relations, Technical Writing, and Partnership teams, taking their input to continuously enhance the documentation experience for our community of developers.

• Contributing to documentation tooling and processes to support more efficient, scalable, and collaborative documentation development.

• Deliver a frictionless developer experience through thoughtful and accurate content for each launch and release.

• Create content that significantly reduces support costs.

• Understand blockchain technology.

• Can verify the technical accuracy of the documentation.

• Can write sample code to support the documentation.

Helpful additional experience:

• Project management

• Familiarity with Sui and the Move ecosystem.
