(Senior) Technical System Analyst - Supply Tech Enabling - Onsite in Hamburg (hybrid)

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate (Senior) Technical System Analyst (m/f/d)!

You are the guardian of our live business logic. You understand that every API call and every database entry represents a commercial transaction, a merchant relationship, or a customer experience.

Your mission is to ensure that our technical systems perfectly align with our business goals. You will use your technical "detective" skills to troubleshoot issues, but your real value lies in your ability to understand, protect, and optimize the commercial processes that drive our success.

What you will do:

 

• Champion the operational excellence of your business cluster by understanding how our specific business models function commercially and technically
• Performing autonomous, deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by analyzing API payloads, system logs, and JSON/XML data structures to identify where business logic or technical systems deviate
• Directing the resolution of complex technical incidents in live environments, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure swift recovery and permanent strategic fixes
• Proactively identifying architectural weaknesses and bottlenecks to propose technical changes that enhance system reliability before failures occur
• Challenging senior-level requirements or existing technical structures when necessary to protect the scalability and integrity of the underlying business models
• Utilizing tools like SQL and Datadog to track process health and interpret complex datasets to drive efficiency and system stability.

 

Who you are:

 

• Several years of professional experience in a tech-business interface role (e.g. Technical System Analyst, Technical Solutions Specialist, or Technical Business Analyst)
• Proficiency with debugging and monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Datadog) and the ability to analyze JSON/XML structures and API documentation
• Proven track record in root cause analysis (RCA) and interpreting complex datasets to identify system inefficiencies
• Assertive communicator capable of translating technical risks into strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Proactive, "hands-on" approach 
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
