Job Description
At Neostella, our mission is simple: empower legal teams to work smarter, faster, and more reliably. We deliver advanced technology solutions and satellite team support that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and transform the way firms and corporate legal departments work day to day. We’re relentlessly customer-centric. Everything we do is in service of making our clients’ work easier and helping them deliver better experiences to their clients. We’re also a true team: supportive, scrappy, and always in it together. We believe in showing up for one another, rolling up our sleeves, and celebrating the wins. It’s who we are, and it’s how we help our customers succeed. Neostella is in hyper-growth mode, leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve real challenges for our clients. And we’re looking for driven, people-first professionals to help us scale with purpose and heart. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team!
Why this role matters right now:
Neostella is scaling quickly, and the complexity of the roles we’re hiring for is increasing alongside our growth. As we expand our engineering and product teams, we need a Senior Technical Recruiter who can operate strategically, influence stakeholders, and consistently deliver high-caliber technical talent.
This role exists because hiring at this level is no longer transactional—it’s competitive, relationship-driven, and business-critical. Your ability to attract, assess, and close top technical professionals will directly impact our product delivery, client success, and long-term scalability.
What you’ll manage:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own high-impact technical searches end-to-end while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership. You’ll help refine role scoping, calibrate expectations, advise on market trends, and elevate our overall recruiting strategy.
You will manage complex roles across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Data, and other technical functions—ensuring both speed and quality. Beyond execution, you’ll contribute to process improvements, mentor junior recruiters when needed, and help build scalable recruiting practices that support long-term growth.
This is a highly visible role that requires confidence, business acumen, and the ability to balance urgency with thoughtful decision-making.
What you bring:
We’re looking for a proactive, consultative recruiter who understands how to influence without authority and build credibility quickly with technical leaders. You are data-driven, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
You prioritize candidate experience, communicate transparently, and understand that every interaction shapes our employer brand. You don’t just fill roles—you build pipelines, anticipate hiring needs, and continuously refine your strategy to attract stronger talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex and senior-level technical roles (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, Data, etc.)
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategy, role scope, and ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-quality active and passive candidates
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and cultural alignment
• Oversee and manage technical assessments and interview calibration processes
• Present and pitch qualified candidates to hiring teams with clear evaluation insights
• Drive interview processes efficiently while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitive landscape insights
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health
• Contribute to process optimization and recruiting best practices
• Support employer branding and long-term technical talent pipeline development
• Mentor or support junior recruiters as needed
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, with demonstrated success hiring for complex technical roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering structures, and technical terminology
• Proven experience sourcing and closing senior-level or hard-to-fill technical roles
• Experience advising hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
• Strong experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions
• High ownership mentality with the ability to operate independently
• Deep commitment to candidate experience and employer brand representation
• Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
Technical Environment
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bamboo HRIS
• Workable ATS
• Google suite
• Zoom
