Senior Technical Recruiter - Mechanical

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Recruiter to support hiring across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering. This role will partner closely with hardware teams and provide strong day-to-day recruiting support while growing in scope and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering roles

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs

• Build and execute sourcing strategies across hardware and engineering talent pools

• Support candidate assessment and interview calibration across engineering roles

• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience

• Collaborate closely with hiring teams, providing consistent communication and support

• Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate pipelines
