We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Recruiter - (People & Culture) on a fixed-term contract to join the Talent Acquisition team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting for highly competitive technical roles across Product, Engineering, and Data - you've consistently won talent in tight markets and know how to close exceptional candidates.

• Strong sourcing expertise and market intelligence—you're skilled in Boolean search, x-ray techniques, and social recruiting, with a sharp eye for spotting the right talent and deep awareness of the global tech landscape.

• Data-driven decision making—you're comfortable analyzing recruitment metrics, questioning assumptions when results don't match expectations, and building action plans based on insights.

• Proven ability to drive speed without compromising quality—you move with urgency, proactively identify bottlenecks, and consistently raise the hiring bar on every search.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you communicate with clarity and structure, build lasting relationships across diverse personalities, and aren't afraid to challenge others constructively.

• A growth mindset and candidate-first approach—you actively seek feedback, learn continuously, and genuinely care about delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
