Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Senior Technical Project Manager in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Senior Technical Project Manager, you’ll join highly skilled, agile teams delivering breakthrough solutions for the public sector. You’ll work end-to-end on large, mission-critical systems — from strategy and planning to delivery and stakeholder management — making a real impact on society through technology.

As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects across their full lifecycle, from initiation to successful delivery
• Own project planning, task definition, milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure high-quality delivery through continuous monitoring, risk management, and quality control
• Prepare and maintain key project management deliverables such as Business Cases, Project Strategies, and Vision documents
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress, providing clear, accurate, and timely status reporting
• Facilitate and participate in functional and technical working groups, steering committees, and progress meetings
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, proactively managing change and mitigating risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional project teams, including external stakeholders and subcontractors
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment at all levels

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience delivering Public Sector projects or large enterprise environments (e.g. banking, telecom, energy, insurance)
• A recognized project management certification such as PMP and/or PRINCE2
• Willingness to travel within Europe based on project needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and proactive mindset
• Highly customer-oriented, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations
• A true team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
