Senior Technical Project Manager

Our system solutions for the rail industry include the ANNAX Passenger Information System, which integrates numerous subsystems such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for visually and hearing-impaired passengers, infotainment/entertainment systems, and more.

How will you make a difference?

Senior Technical Project Manager  is a hybrid role encompassing both tech knowhow and technical leader, a technical project manager is instrumental in the planning, scheduling, and management of embedded system projects. The role has a potential to grow into a team leading position. 

What will your typical day look like?

• Design and engineering of Passenger Information Systems or Video Protection Systems, including the creation of relevant documentation.
• Technical project management from the bid phase to commissioning support.
• Project coordination with the commercial project manager and the customer.
• Internal coordination with hardware and software development, system integration, and testing teams.
• Coordination with key suppliers.
• Managing the project’s budget.
• Providing bid and presales support.

Occasional travel within Germany, France, and internationally.

What do we want to know from you?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in embedded systems, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with embedded systems.
• Experience in hardware and/or software development.
• Knowledge of embedded hardware architectures and digital electronics.
• Familiarity with the embedded Linux environment.
• Understanding of IP/Ethernet networks.
• Fluency in English and German (French is considered an asset).
• Experience in the rail industry is considered an asset.
• Experience as a project manager is considered an asset.
• Self-motivated and independent personality.
• Availability to travel.
