Senior Technical Program Manager – AI & Digital Transformation

The company is headquartered in London, with delivery centers in Dhaka (Bangladesh), Johannesburg (South Africa) and Thane (India). The current positions are for our Thane, India delivery center.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager based in India to coordinate and oversee technical project delivery in collaboration with Nexgai, Quantanite’s technical partner, and our offshore delivery teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of AI-driven transformation programs, requiring strong project leadership, technical fluency, and cross-functional coordination across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery across AI, automation, and enterprise technology initiatives, ensuring delivery milestones are met on time and within scope.

• Lead coordination with the Nexgai India team and support offshore project implementation and governance.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical implementation plans.

• Act as the technical liaison between Quantanite delivery teams, Nexgai engineers, and client stakeholders.

• Manage technical scope, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.

• Review and provide input on architecture diagrams, technical documentation, integration strategies, and performance metrics.

• Identify project risks and lead mitigation planning in alignment with business goals.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, technical reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Deliver executive-level reporting on technical progress, risks, and outcomes to the Chief Transformation Officer.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale enterprise technology projects (preferably in AI, ML, RPA, or enterprise architecture domains).

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data pipelines, cloud platforms, APIs, and software engineering practices.

• Experience managing offshore delivery models and working with cross-functional global teams.

• Solid technical background with the ability to engage confidently with engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).

• Experience delivering digital transformation projects in the BFSI and retail sectors.

• Prior experience working with or within an AI solutions company.
