DEINE MISSION BEI UNS

Du arbeitest an ENER:GY, einer ERP-Abrechnungsplattform für Stadtwerke und Energieversorger. Dein Team entwickelt spezialisierte Migrationstools, mit denen Energieversorger ihre Altsysteme strukturiert auf ENER:GY migrieren oder bestehende Systemstrukturen modernisieren. Du wirst Teil eines ca. 150-köpfigen ENER:GY Bereichs. Das Team befindet sich aktuell im Aufbau und wird künftig aus Entwicklern, Testern, Scrum Master und dir als Product Owner bestehen. Gemeinsam entwickelt ihr Tools, die Migrationen für Neukunden und Bestandskunden deutlich schneller und skalierbarer machen.
• Du verantwortest die Produktvision und Roadmap unserer Migrationstools für ENER:GY.
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team Tools für Datenmigrationen, z. B. für Neukundenprojekte bei der Übernahme von Daten aus Altsystemen in ENER:GY.
• Du entwickelst Lösungen für Bestandskundenmigrationen, z. B. für die Umstellung vom Einmandantenmodell auf ein Zweimandantenmodell.
• Du standardisierst und automatisierst Migrationsprozesse, um Projektrisiken zu reduzieren und Projektlaufzeiten zu verkürzen.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung und Projektteams zusammen, um wiederkehrende Migrationsanforderungen in skalierbare Produktlösungen zu überführen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager im Softwareumfeld.
• Du hast Erfahrung mit technischen Produkten, z. B. Plattformen, APIs, Integrationen oder datengetriebenen Systemen.
• Du kennst dich idealerweise mit Datenmigration, Datenplattformen oder Systemintegrationen aus.
• Du arbeitest sicher mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und steuerst Backlog, Priorisierung und Product Discovery strukturiert.
• Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1) und arbeitest gerne mit crossfunktionalen Teams.
