About the Role
Join our Digital & Marketing Technology Team, where we design and manage a cutting-edge MarTech ecosystem that powers global marketing operations. Our stack includes platforms for marketing automation, customer data management, analytics, CRM, and personalization—and it’s constantly evolving with cloud-based and AI-driven technologies.
As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integrated marketing technology solutions. You will lead the strategy and execution for Marketing Automation (Eloqua) while driving workflow automation and system integrations using Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy professional passionate about building scalable, automated solutions that enhance marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Automation
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Administer Eloqua platform, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, and system stability.
• Monitor platform performance and optimize campaigns for scalability and efficiency.
• Support integrations between Eloqua, CRM, CMS, and other MarTech tools.
• Collaborate with vendors for product updates and feature enhancements.
• Train marketing teams on Eloqua capabilities and best practices.
Workfront Fusion & Workflow Automation
• Design and develop integrations between Adobe Workfront and other systems using Workfront Fusion.
• Create automation workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support.
• Document integration processes and deliver training for end-users.
Innovation & Collaboration
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in marketing technology, AI, and automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies to drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Automation (Eloqua, Marketo, Creatio).
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion development.
• Expertise in web technologies: XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and data integrations.
• Experience with real-time personalization and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of CDP (Adobe) and CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Marketing Automation certifications are a plus.
