Senior Technical Product Manager

Gorilla Logic is seeking a Product Manager Technical to lead the execution of strategic software initiatives that span multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong project management capabilities with technical fluency, especially in the areas of APIs, endpoints, and third-party integrations.

You will be responsible for driving complex initiatives from concept to delivery, aligning teams across product, engineering, and business functions. You’ll also play a critical role in managing technical integrations with external providers or partners, ensuring systems communicate seamlessly and reliably through defined interfaces.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project execution with focus on software delivery and business outcomes

Collaborate with product, engineering, and external stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables

Drive technical integrations with third-party services, vendors, or platforms via APIs or other interfaces

Coordinate with developers to ensure proper implementation of endpoints and API-related workflows

Manage requirements, documentation, dependencies, and communication for external data/system integration

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery through structured planning and execution

Translate product objectives into clear tasks and actionable milestones

Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners during all phases of the project lifecycle

Champion Agile practices and support iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Provide regular status updates, stakeholder reports, and performance metrics to leadership

Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives for delivery excellence

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in project or technical product management within software delivery environments

Experience managing API integrations, web services, and endpoints in real-world applications

Proven experience coordinating technical integrations with external providers or partners

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern software development practices

Ability to understand and collaborate on system architecture, interfaces, and platform-level interactions

Demonstrated success managing complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Comfortable leading both technical and business discussions

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, webhooks, or related technologies

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or SAFe certification

Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking platforms

Background in product delivery within B2B SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms

Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance-specific platforms/processes

Experience working with globally distributed teams and external business partners
