Job Description
About Us
At DrAnsay, we are building digital health services that simplify access to care, reduce complexity, and create real impact for patients. What started as a bold idea has grown into a health-tech platform trusted by millions. Now, we are taking the next step: expanding our digital health ecosystem horizontally — exploring, validating, and shaping what comes next in digital healthcare.
Your Mission
As Senior Technical Product Manager – Workflow Orchestration Platform, you take full ownership of the company’s horizontal orchestration layer. This platform coordinates multiple live services across the organization, including user profile and identity management, questionnaire and data capture engines, prescription generation APIs, payments, order processing, document generation, transactional automations, user notifications, and SSO.
Your mission is to evolve this established, mission-critical platform with a clear focus on reliability, performance, scalability, and economic efficiency. You operate in an environment where workflows are already live and revenue-generating, and the core challenge is not validation but how well these workflows perform under increasing complexity, volume, and regulatory constraints.
You translate business, operational, and compliance requirements into robust, reusable platform capabilities and end-to-end workflows. Through close collaboration with Engineering and other product domains, you ensure that horizontal initiatives are executed coherently, dependencies are managed effectively, and the orchestration platform enables consistent, high-quality outcomes across all connected services.
Your Responsibilities
• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the workflow orchestration platform as a horizontal product layer
• Design and evolve end-to-end workflows that coordinate multiple services, including identity, data capture, decision logic, payments, fulfillment, and communication
• Own platform APIs, service contracts, and orchestration logic, including state management, rule engines, and exception handling
• Partner closely with Engineering to shape system architecture, service boundaries, and long-term platform scalability
• Establish and own platform KPIs such as workflow completion rates, error and retry rates, latency, operational cost, and cross-service conversion
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external partners for initiatives that impact multiple domains
• Manage dependencies and trade-offs between domain teams while protecting platform integrity and long-term maintainability
• Ensure workflows are observable, testable, and auditable, particularly in regulated and revenue-critical processes
