Job Description

Accion Labs is a global technology services firm with offering a full range of product life-cycle services in the emerging technology segment. This includes Web 2.0, Open Source, SaaS/Cloud, Mobility, IT Operations Management/ITSM, Big Data and traditional BI/DW.

Through nine global offices and a rapid-response delivery model, Accion offers a range of engagement models such as turn-key projects, extended-teams, shared-IP development, offshore-leveraged engagements and professional staffing (contract, contract-to-hire & direct perm).

Role: Senior Technical Manager

· A recognized degree in IT/Computer Science

· At least 10 years of working experience in web application development environment with focus on large volume transactional processing application, leading a team of developers, database admin/specialists and system analysts

· Vendor and project management experience

· Must have business requirements gathering and systems architecture experience

· Any human resources and payroll system development or implementation experience will be highly advantageous

· Good exposure to relevant new web and mobile technologies

· Highly motivated, hands-on approach and goals driven

· A good communicator and a team player
