Senior Technical Delivery Manager

As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in evolving how we work, helping teams adopt new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled delivery practices as part of a rapidly changing technology landscape.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and AI-enabled products, working closely with engineers, architects, and designers to bring ambitious ideas to life. You will be responsible for ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and delivered to a high standard, balancing delivery rigour with a strong focus on product quality and real-world impact.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical and AI-enabled products.

• Ensure solutions are well-architected, scalable, and built to a high standard.

• Work closely with development, architecture, and design teams to shape and deliver product outcomes.

• Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans.

• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a strong focus on product quality.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across projects.

• Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to evolving delivery practices, including adoption of AI tools and new ways of working.

QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS

• Strong experience delivering complex digital products in a technical environment.

• Understand modern architectures (e.g. composable, headless, cloud-based).

• Experience with Agile delivery and iterative product development.

• Ability to balance delivery discipline with product thinking and quality outcomes.

• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and bring clarity.

• A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they shape product delivery.

• A focus on quality and impact, not just timelines and outputs.

• Ability to challenge thinking constructively to improve outcomes.

• Leads by example, bringing energy, ownership, and momentum to delivery.
