Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team, and act as a bridge between Compliance, Business and Technology. In this role, you will help interpret regulations and translate them into customer- and business-friendly technical requirements.

As a Senior Technical Compliance Analyst, you will:

• Participate in Compliance team meetings and support the interpretation of technical guidelines introduced by regulators.

• Partner with business stakeholders to explain compliance-related obligations and how these can be interpreted into business-friendly requirements.

• Create technical requirements based on regulatory texts.

• Support tech teams in understanding the regulatory requirements and propose workarounds where appropriate.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of working experience as a Software or Database Engineer, Product Owner, Product Manager or QA.

• Basic SQL skills (considered a plus).

• Analytical skills.

• Project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
