(Senior) Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Supply Tech - Hamburg (hybrid)

 

 

We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Business Analyst (m/f/d) to become part of one of our Supply Tech team at ABOUT YOU!

 

Our Supply Tech team is responsible for finding technical solutions that power our core business operations. We focus on the supply chain, from initial procurement and product data management to inventory and shipping. Our team ensures these processes are seamless and efficient, using our deep system knowledge to run our ABOUT YOU shops across all countries and business models.

What you will do:

• Lead strategic and operational projects from initial requirements to deployment
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication and facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and act as a "translator" between technical and non-technical teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challenges
• Translate these business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable technical requirements and functional specifications
• Work with the product owner and solution architects to design effective technical solutions
• Develop and execute test cases to validate that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements
• Manage project planning, timelines, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases and process flows to ensure a shared understanding across all teams

 

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment.
• Strong project and process management skills incl. collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform data analysis and solve complex problems
• Strong technical curiosity and understanding of how systems and architectures work
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience in eCommerce
• Process modelling skills
• Knowledge of databases, data flows, logs, payloads, and SQL
