Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) to deliver powerful capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

AI Output Verification & Accountability (Required Competency)

The candidate must be capable of effectively using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support work outputs such as content, analysis, documentation, or code. However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.

Responsibilities:

Should be able to independently take up new features and deliver User Stories that are ready to be consumed by the Engineering teams.

Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs

Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance

Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements

Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance

Should be able to create MRDs and PRDs for the VIDIZMO products.

Ability to analyze, design and document product features.

Should be able to evaluate VIDIZMO products and feature against competitors and market trends to meet market demands.

Ability to create and maintain Product Backlog and prioritize features with the help of Product Engineering leadership.

Should be transform raw business requirements into User Stories and mockups that are ready to be consumed by the Engineering teams.

Ability to assist the Product Engineering team in critical design decisions.

Should be able to enable and support the Software Quality Assurance Team in Developing Test Scenarios and Test Cases

Should be able to perform the Internal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report any anomalies to the Product Engineering Team before the feature and user story is released.

Should be able to create and maintain a Product Roadmap that serves as an input for the Product Engineering team for enhancing product features and capabilities.

Should be able to take the responsibility for performing competitor analysis, how it fits into Vidizmo products and how it affects existing product areas.

Ability to lead the Product Development Lifecycle by collaborating across various teams such as sales, marketing, product engineering, customer success and capture their feedback as an input to the Product Development Lifecycle

Skilled on preparing business analysis artifacts such as flow diagrams, requirements documents, user stories & acceptance criteria.

Ability to perform competitor analysis.

Experienced as a business analyst or as a Systems Analyst.

Ability to write technical articles and contribute to the product knowledgebase.

Experienced in preparing design documentation.

Ability to articulate competitive differentiators and value propositions at both technical and business levels.

Preferred Skills:

Programming experience and background

Basic SQL query skills

Basic AI/ML concepts

Cloud concepts (AWS/Azure)

Understanding of video and other digital media file formats and streaming technologies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or Software Engineering or related field

3-6 years’ experience in Business / Systems Analysis area
