About the role

Lead end-to-end business analysis for the ERP program, ensuring complete requirement lifecycle ownership (BNPL → URD → SRS/FRD → RTM) with strong traceability, stakeholder alignment, and technically feasible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Define and own BA deliverables framework:

o BNPL (Business Needs & Pain Points Log)

o URD / BRD

o SRS / FRD

o RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)

· Ensure end-to-end traceability (Business Need → BR → FR → User Story → Test Case)

· Define end-to-end ERP workflows

· Ensure cross-module integration clarity

· Collaborate with Solution Architect and Engineering teams to:

o Translate business requirements into technical specifications

o Define data models, integration points, and validations

· Leverage AI tools to:

o Accelerate requirement documentation (BRD/FRD/RTM)

o Perform impact analysis across modules

o Identify process optimization opportunities

Requirements:
· 7–10+ years of Business Analysis experience

· Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementations

· Strong expertise in:

o URD / BRD / FRD / SRS

o RTM and traceability frameworks

· Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation

· Exposure to Material Management processes, including:

o Inventory control, stock movement, and valuation

o Procurement and consumption workflows linked to maintenance

· Strong understanding of:

o System integrations (APIs, data flows)

o Data structures and validation rules

· Experience working with engineering teams

Plus / Preferred

· Knowledge of technical documentation systems (manuals, drawings, catalogs)

· Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in BA activities, such as:

o Requirement drafting and refinement

o Process analysis and optimization

o Documentation acceleration tools (LLMs, copilots, etc.)
