As a Technical Business Analyst (TBA), you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions for our trading platform product and private equity initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze complex problems, and develop effective solutions. Your technical expertise in SQL or Python, combined with your financial knowledge, will be essential for accurate data analysis and reporting. Experience with trading platforms and private equity systems (ideally Investran) will be highly advantageous, as you will collaborate closely with business teams to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Problem Solving

• Identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively.

Technical Skills

• Write and maintain scripts in SQL or Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, and create reports.
• Understand schema models and contribute to their design.
• Experience with analysis or projects involving identity and access management (IAM).
• Familiarity with trading platform architecture and workflows.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Work closely with private equity business teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Documentation and Reporting

• Document business processes and technical specifications.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog.

You Have:

Financial Knowledge

• Experience with fund order execution, settlement, and order routing.
• Understanding of financial trading and knowledge of different asset classes and asset types.
• Knowledge of private equity processes and systems, ideally Investran.
• Utilize financial knowledge to support business analysis and decision-making.

Experience with Data and Integrations

• Experience with incoming and outgoing integrations.
• Experience working on financial reports.
