Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements & Scope Management: Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to define product scope and translate business needs into actionable user stories.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between product and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, scope, and constraints.

• Technical Expertise: Leverage your understanding of modern digital product delivery to manage dependencies, ensure backlog readiness, and facilitate successful sprint activities.

Key Requirements:
• Experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role within software delivery.

• Proven track record in large technology companies or digital consulting environments.

• Strong experience in delivering web and mobile applications, with familiarity in multi-system digital platforms (CMS, APIs, etc.).

• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of organisation with a proactive solution oriented mindset

• Ability to structure complex requirements and work effectively with distributed teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with cross-regional teams.

• Scrum or Agile certifications.
