Job Description & Summary
Estamos buscando un Senior Operations Engineer para unirse a nuestro equipo BAO TAX TechOps en Bucarest. En este rol, trabajarás junto a otros ingenieros para entregar y dar soporte a servicios de TI alojados en Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS y Kubernetes. Serás responsable de gestionar lanzamientos de aplicaciones, resolver incidentes complejos y garantizar la confiabilidad de nuestro portafolio tecnológico.
Responsabilidades :
• Entregar y dar soporte a servicios de TI en entornos Azure IaaS, PaaS y Kubernetes.
• Gestionar lanzamientos de aplicaciones y pipelines utilizando Azure DevOps.
• Resolver incidentes de nivel 3 y realizar troubleshooting avanzado.
• Colaborar con equipos técnicos y no técnicos para asegurar la calidad del servicio.
• Administrar la arquitectura y componentes de las aplicaciones en el portafolio.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia sólida con Microsoft Azure .
• Conocimiento práctico de productos Microsoft en on-premises y Azure IaaS.
• Habilidades avanzadas de troubleshooting y scripting.
• Familiaridad con herramientas de CI/CD y Azure DevOps.
• Comprensión de conceptos de redes y frameworks ITIL.
• Inglés avanzado
