(Senior) Teamlead Customer Success Management (all genders) - E-Mobility

What you will do:
• Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Success team - helping them (and our customers) unlock their full potential
• Own the full customer lifecycle: from smooth onboarding to high-value partnerships
• Develop data-driven strategies to boost retention, success, and growth
• Spot trends, act fast, and turn churn risks into success stories
• Collaborate tightly with Product, Customer Success Solutions, and Marketing
• Bring our community to life through customer events and engagement formats
• Manage team resources and budgets efficiently

Your profile:
• Proven Customer Success experience in a SaaS or e-mobility environment 
• Strong experience leading a team, paired with hands-on energy for day-to-day challenges
• A true scale-up mindset - fast-moving, adaptive, and ready to thrive in a bit of chaos
• Fluent English and German
• (Nice to have) Experience with Chargepoint Management Systems (CPMS) and/or international customers
