The Role 🥳

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Engineering) to own and scale our global technical hiring function end-to-end.

This role is highly hands-on and strategic. You’ll partner closely with founders and engineering leaders globally, and redesign our technical interview process to ensure it is rigorous, fair, and reflective of the high bar we’re building toward.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup and wants real ownership and influence.

Your Impact 💥

• Own all global engineering recruitment end-to-end

• Redesign and continuously improve our technical interview process globally

• Partner closely with founders, engineering leadership and engineers across regions to deeply understand role requirements and hiring priorities

• Build global technical market maps and proactively engage high-quality engineering talent across multiple geographies

• Ensure hiring decisions are evidence-based, structured, and aligned to our performance and levelling frameworks

• Raise the bar on hiring quality while balancing speed, scale, and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• 3+ years experience in technical recruitment, with engineering hiring as your core focus

• Proven experience hiring engineers in a startup or scale-up environment

• Strong understanding of technical roles across engineering

• Experience designing or significantly improving technical interview processes

• Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple complex roles at once

• Confident stakeholder partner who can challenge, advise, and influence senior leaders

• Previous global or multi-region hiring experience is highly regarded
