Required Skills
Job Description
What we do (and why it matters):
Swarmer develops software that makes drones autonomous and allows them to operate together, in large teams, without pilots required. Our technology has been battle-tested across 100,000+ combat missions in Ukraine — the world's most intense proving ground for drone warfare. We just closed a $15M Series A (the largest investment in Ukrainian defense tech since the war began) and we're scaling operations to serve NATO-aligned nations.
This isn't theoretical. This is software that's being used right now to save lives and defend democracy.

• Source proactively through multiple channels (LinkedIn, communities, referrals, talent pools, and events).
• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and unbiased evaluation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in our ATS (Ashby) and internal systems.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and market trends.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
What we need:
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech or engineering environments.
• Proven ability to hire across multiple domains (software engineering, product, operations, business).
• Exceptional headhunting and sourcing skills.
• Experience with ATS systems (preferably Ashby or similar) and modern sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced level of English is a must. Polish is a strong plus.
• A proactive, data-driven mindset with a focus on results and candidate experience.
• Experience scaling startups or international organizations, and knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market intelligence tools — would be strong pluses.
• Employer branding skills — would be a strong plus.
• Defense tech experience — would be a strong plus.
What you’ll get:
• Opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy and build a world-class team.
• Supportive, high-performance culture with transparent communication and autonomy.
• Hybrid work model (Kyiv office + remote flexibility).
• Access to modern recruitment tools and systems.
• Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package (insurance, paid sick leave, 20 paid days off per year).
• Benefits of the defense sector (e.g., reservation, etc.).
