About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech & Product) to lead and manage all end-to-end hiring processes at Voicemod. Your main focus will be recruiting for Engineering and Product roles, while also owning recruitment for all other teams across the company as part of your overall responsibility.

You will ensure a structured, efficient and high-quality recruitment experience while building strong talent pipelines and strengthening our employer branding. This is a key role where you’ll bring clarity, consistency and momentum to our growth.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage all recruitment processes end-to-end at Voicemod, ensuring structure, clarity and consistency.

Run kickoff meetings to align expectations, scope, leveling and timelines with Hiring Managers.

Execute and guide the full process using Voicemod’s IASK hiring framework.

Build effective sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn (communities, forums, events, Discord, GitHub, gaming/audio spaces).

Maintain high-quality talent pipelines for priority roles.

Ensure continuous alignment with Hiring Managers through clear, proactive communication.

Deliver structured evaluations and guide interviewers when there are differing opinions.

Publish job postings in relevant and high-impact channels to attract the right talent.

Additional Responsibilities

Strengthen employer branding by supporting content, visibility, events and community engagement.

Manage external recruiters or agencies when needed, coordinating contracts and follow-up.

Track and share recruitment metrics using Ashby (pipeline, conversions, time-to-fill).

Identify and implement process improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.

Support with basic visa/right-to-work checks and HR fundamentals.

What You’ll Need

Experience recruiting in tech product companies, ideally working with the final consumer or digital product environments.

Strong experience recruiting technical roles. Engineering is a must-have speciality.

Proven ability to drive end-to-end recruitment independently.

Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn and the ability to locate talent in niche communities.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (English C1+).

High proactivity, organisation, and problem-solving capacity.

Strong experience working with an ATS (Ashby is a plus).

Bonus Points

Experience with Ashby, our ATS tool.

Experience supporting employer branding or content initiatives.

Participation in industry events, meetups or tech communities.

Experience working in remote-first organisations.

Knowledge of vendor management or collaboration with external recruiters.

Hiring process

Talent Acquisition Screening (60 min) - First conversation to get to know Voicemod, validate the two-way fit, discuss motivation, expectations, and culture alignment.

Recruitment Challenge (Written home exercise) - A short, structured challenge to evaluate your real-world recruiting approach (kickoffs, sourcing strategy, calibration, problem-solving).

Hiring Manager Interview (Up to 90 min) - Deep dive into your experience leading end-to-end hiring; review of your challenge answers; discussion of day-to-day processes and how your approach fits Voicemod’s structure.

Cross-functional Peer Interview (30 min) - Conversation with a potential Hiring Manager from a Product or Engineering area to assess cross-functional collaboration, clarity, and your understanding of different role types.

Final Interview (Up to 45 min) - A conversation with our CFO to evaluate cultural alignment, strategic thinking, communication and overall fit in a fast-moving, product-driven startup.
