JOB PURPOSE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be helping us build the future of our agency through effective talent acquisition strategies. Beyond managing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will serve as a consultant to our leadership teams, providing deep market intelligence and sophisticated sourcing strategies to secure top-tier industry talent. You are a champion of the candidate experience and a mentor within the TA team, ensuring that every interaction reflects the innovation and excellence of DEPT®.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Strategic Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, high-impact, and leadership roles across the agency.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership, facilitating intake meetings, defining success profiles, and managing expectations through data-driven insights.

• Advanced Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, utilizing advanced Boolean search, networking, and headhunting techniques.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscapes to provide actionable advice on talent positioning and employer branding.

• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and implement best practices to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and diversity metrics.

• Candidate Advocacy: Orchestrate an excellent candidate journey, ensuring transparent communication and engagement from initial outreach to offer stage.

• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain impeccable records in our ATS and deliver regular, high-level reporting on recruitment KPIs and pipeline health to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'll BRING

• Significant experience in a Senior Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, specifically within the creative, tech, or digital agency sectors.

• Proven track record of hiring freelance talent and contractors.

• Experience in setting up, preparing, and conducting candidate phone screenings, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates.

• Expert-level ability to influence and partner with senior internal stakeholders, navigating complex hiring needs with confidence and professional maturity.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders, such as hiring managers and operational directors.

• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and attention to detail, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline processes
