What you'll do:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy execution across the Regnology India with a focus on Pune, reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
This role involves leading high volume, local recruiting projects in collaboration with internal talent acquisition team colleagues and business leaders to attract, source, and recruit exceptional talent. The focus is SaaS, regulatory technology, and financial services roles.
This is a Senior position and only candidates with the required experience will be considered.
The role-Strategic Talent Acquisition: • Execute the regional talent acquisition strategy aligned with global business objectives and local market nuances. • Identify future talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines.Full-Cycle Recruitment: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and initial compensation conversations. • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain high standards of candidate engagement.Stakeholder Management: • Partner closely with Regnology business leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities. • Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and regional salary benchmarks.Sourcing and Employer Branding: • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, internal referrals, networking events, and direct outreach. • Enhance the employer brand internationally in collaboration with the Regnology marketing team.Data-Driven Decision Making: • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes. Compliance and Governance: • Ensure recruitment processes comply with regional laws and company policies. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purpose

(Written and spoken) Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Skills: • Strong understanding of regional markets and cultural nuances.
