Job Description

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing with strong hands-on experience in banking or financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test planning, estimation, and strategy for complex systems.
• Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test cases (UI, API, E2E).
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring process compliance and quality standards.
• Execute performance and load testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and manage service virtualization environments.
• Collaborate with development, business, and project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Prepare detailed defect reports, test metrics, and quality dashboards.
• Participate in UAT support and coordinate with stakeholders for final sign-off.

Requirements:
Technical Skills & Tools:

• Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, and API automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Git, etc.) for automated testing pipelines.
• Solid understanding of performance engineering and load analysis.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.

Domain Expertise (Preferred):

• Core Banking (T24 – Temenos)
• SAS RMS & SAS AML Systems
• Murex Trading & Risk Platform
• Oracle APEX Applications
• Card Management Systems (Credit, Debit, Prepaid)
• ERP / CRM Systems

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: ISTQB Advanced, Agile, Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
