Role Overview

We’re hiring a T24 Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience working with Temenos Transact (T24). This role requires a blend of deep functional knowledge across core banking modules and hands-on technical capabilities using T24 development tools.

You will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technical implementation, supporting mission-critical banking systems in a high-impact environment. The role is hybrid, based in New Cairo, with a 1-year contract through Xenon7, paid in USD.

🔧 Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert across key T24 modules such as AA, FT, LD, MM, AC, Customer, AA Islamic Banking, and ST.
• Participate in solution design, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Configure and customize T24 core modules to meet business needs.
• Support functional testing, SIT/UAT activities, and production validation.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customizations using T24 tools such as OFS, T24 Toolkit, and TAFJ/TAFC.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and integration solutions (e.g., IRIS, SOAP, OFS).
• Support upgrades, patch management, and release cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to system performance, integrations, or data inconsistencies.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment of custom components.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure best practice compliance in development.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in T24/Temenos development and implementation.

• Strong hands-on expertise with TAFJ/TAFC, jBASE, and T24 Toolkit.
• Deep functional knowledge of modules such as AA, LD, FT, MM, Customer, and AA Islamic.
• Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using OFS, IRIS, and SOAP APIs.
• Skilled in troubleshooting performance issues and ensuring system stability.
• Solid understanding of banking processes and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience working on T24 upgrades or patch releases is a plus.
