Senior T24 Developer

Our team of experts specializes in Temenos T24, enabling financial institutions to improve their efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and navigate digital transformation.

We are seeking a highly experienced Temenos T24 Expert Developer with deep technical expertise in Temenos Transact (formerly T24) core banking platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting T24 modules across retail, corporate, and Islamic banking domains. This role requires strong hands-on experience in T24 architecture, local development, interfaces, upgrades, and performance optimization within enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development

Design and develop solutions using:

• TAFJ / TAFC
• InfoBasic
• Local Routines
• Version Routines
• Enquiries & Reports

Customize and maintain core modules such as:

• AA (Arrangement Architecture)
• FT (Funds Transfer)
• Teller
• LD (Lending)
• MM (Money Market)
• Islamic Banking Modules (Murabaha, Ijara, etc.)

Integration & Interfaces

Develop and maintain integrations using:

• OFS Messaging
• REST / SOAP Web Services
• Java-based Middleware Services
• MQ / ESB Integrations

Implement integrations with external systems:

• Cards Systems
• CRM
• AML
• Payment Gateways
• Mobile Banking Platforms

System Architecture & Performance

• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support environment setup (DEV / SIT / UAT / PROD).
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and release deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

Data Migration

• Design and execute data migration activities.
• Work with EB tables, PGM files, and data conversion scripts.
• Ensure data integrity and reconciliation after migration.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration documents.
• Support audit and compliance processes.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Temenos Transact (T24).

Strong hands-on experience in:

• InfoBasic
• TAFJ / TAFC
• OFS Messaging
• Java Integration

Experience in core modules (AA, FT, Teller, LD).

Experience in upgrades and environment setup.

Strong SQL knowledge (Oracle preferred).

Banking domain knowledge (Retail / Corporate / Islamic).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-country banking projects.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD for T24.
• Experience with cloud-hosted T24 environments.
• Knowledge of payment standards (SWIFT, ISO 20022).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior developers.
