About the client:
Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
We’re looking for:
A hands-on Okta specialist, not a general IAM candidate. The candidate should be able to step in quickly, operate independently, and deliver improvements with minimal ramp-up.
Duration: up to 6 months
Responsibilities:
• Improve the stability and reliability of Okta operations
• Reduce manual access management through automation
• Develop more efficient and scalable lifecycle processes
• Support and maintain our Okta environment (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, integrations)
• Improve joiner/mover/leaver processes and reduce manual effort
• Implement automation using Okta Workflows (or similar)
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues
• Document changes and support knowledge transfer
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• Strong, recent hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity
• Experience with:
• SSO (SAML, OIDC)
• SCIM provisioning
• MFA and conditional access policies
• Lifecycle Management (JML processes)
• Experience with Okta Workflows (or similar automation tooling)
• Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication and provisioning issues
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
• Experience in improving lifecycle processes and reducing manual access handling
