Ein innovatives Unternehmen im Herzen Nordrhein-Westfalens sucht Verstärkung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur. Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die gerne den gesamten Lebenszyklus (Planung, Aufbau, Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung) komplexer IT-Landschaften verantwortet.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten – von der technischen Konzeption bis zum Live-Betrieb
• 3rd-Level-Support, Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Systemprobleme
• Administration, Wartung und Optimierung moderner Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierung (Hyper-V Cluster), Storage-Lösungen (DataCore SAN Symphony) & Microsoft 365-Umgebungen
• Verantwortlichkeit für Identity- und Accessmanagement mit Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) sowie Security-Lösungen / Compliance
• Betreuung von Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (Citrix VAD), Azure IaaS und Virtual Desktop-Umgebungen
• Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung effektiver Sicherheitskonzepte, Monitoring und Dokumentation der Systemlandschaft

Dein Profil:
• Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium, Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk/Virtualisierung, mit Citrix VAD, NetScaler, DataCore, Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V
• Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen (SonicWall, SentinelOne etc.)
• (Wünschenswert: Zertifizierungen Microsoft/VMware – Expertenwissen zählt aber mehr als Papier!)
• Teamgeist, Hands-on-Mentalität und Spaß an neuen Technologien und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
• Deutschkenntnisse mind. auf C1 Niveau
