What you’ll drive:
Strategy & outcomes
• Analyse PSP APIs, payment flows, and system behaviour to identify improvement areas.
• Identify opportunities to optimise integrations, routing logic, and transaction flows.
• Contribute to the payments roadmap with a focus on integrations and scalability.
Discovery & decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and integration requirements.
• Translate PSP APIs and payment logic into clear, structured specifications for engineering.
• Analyse product features and integration KPIs to identify risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Use customer feedback and data insights to validate and refine solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
Delivery & execution
• Own functional and non-functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, flows).
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver and iterate on payment integrations.
Integrations & data
• Map and analyse APIs, PSP integrations, and data structures.
• Define and ensure reliable data exchange across systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks in integration flows, edge cases, and failures.
Stakeholder & communication
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery.
• Create and maintain clear documentation (Vision & Scope, BRDs, SRS, user guides).
• Visualise workflows using BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, including hands-on PSP integrations.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and data mapping.
• Experience working with payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, routing, retries).
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to structure complex integration logic into clear, actionable requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
• Experience contributing to product decisions, roadmap, or prioritisation.
• Experience defining and analysing product or integration KPIs.
• Strong skills in process modelling (BPMN, UML, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma.
• Professional English (written and spoken), fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
