• This position is responsible for supporting the Rational Tools (RRC, RTC, RAM, including:
- Providing level 2/3 user support
- Customizing Rational Team Concert (RTC) workflows
- Customizing Rational Requirements Composor workflows
- Provide input on implementing best pracitices
- Provide end user training
- Completing generic user requests (creating projects, modifying privleges, etc) .
• Experience with HP Testing Tools preferred Experience with Serena / Nolio deployment tools preferred Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments
